# Vogueish Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Vogueish (vogueish.myshopify.com). We want you to love your style! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
## 1. Returns
* **Window:** You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
* **Condition:** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
* **Exclusions:** Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (like swimwear or bodysuits) are final sale and cannot be returned.
## 2. Refunds
* Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
* We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
## 3. Shipping Costs
* **Return Shipping:** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* **Recommendations:** If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
## 4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cbaird1228@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
## 5. How to Start a Return
